Random Woven Hare @ Cornworthy, Devon

A sitting hare worked on a frame and randomly woven with locally grown willow. All tools provided and no previous experience required. The workshop is set amongst the growing willow overlooking the Dart Valley - A day spent weaving in a stress free environment!

Weave a small basket with a handle, ideal for gathering berries and eggs. Willow locally grown and tools provided. No previous experience required. The Husbandry School is an ideal venue for a relaxed enjoyable day, with views over the beautiful Devon Countryside.

Gathering Basket @ The Craft Revolution

Weave a round based gathering basket over 2 days with a wrapped handle from locally grown willow. Ideal for gathering apples from the orchard and produce from the allotment. You will learn or rediscover many basket making techniques over the course - there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions about growing and cultivating willow, together with techniques for making baskets. The workshop space is light and airy with mid morning and afternoon refreshments, together with a fabulous lunches! No previous experience required
